Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!

Wunderschöne Lage zwei Kilometer in einem Seitental. Zwei Mal pro Stunde Busverbindung zur Haupt Verbindungsstrasse des Kleinwalsertals. Dort Umsteigen auf die Buslinie 1. Die Busverbindungen sind mit der Gästekarte kostenlos. Ebenso kostenlos sind viele geöffnete Bergbahne, wenn man eine Gästekarte besitzt. Diese bekommt man beim Einchecken. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war ganz ordentlich, die Sanitäreinrichtung war einwandfrei. Der einziger Nachteil: sehr kleine Kopfkissen. Sehr schöne Saunawelt. In Garten des Hotels standen Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Das Essen im Hotel war ganz gut. Von der Terrasse des Restaurants bot sich ein fantastischer Blick auf das Tal. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, was etwas gestört hat war die Größe des Zimmers. Tagsüber bzw. Nachmittags sollte auch die Möglichkeit, an der Bar beim Eingang, bestehen ein Getränk zu bekommen.

Jammer van alle trappen en opstapjes in het gehele hotel, zelfs in de kamer 2 tredes naar badkamer, is onveilig bij nachtelijk toiletbezoek De lift ging maar naar de 2e verdieping, dan moest je verder met de trap.( wij zaten op de 3e verdieping) Geweldig ontbijt en diner. Met de gastenkaart kun je onbeperkt gebruik maken van de bus en alle bergbanen in de omgeving, bus stopt voor het hotel, dus auto had ook vakantie.
