Was told to pay 7623 JPY during checkout for an outstanding buffet dinner on the 11/02/2026 which I have already paid on that day. I tried to use my bank app to check but unfortunately the app has loading issues due to network. In the end I managed to find the payments

The Gran Resort Amanohashidate
Great room with a nice view. Staff were really friendly and helpful - food was amazing also would definitely recommend!
