“The staffs were the best, breakfast was exceptional, location perfect. Only down part was the shower, for someone that is big and tall taking a shower daily was a struggle. Management should look into this.”

“I had a mixed experience at the hotel. It's great that I had a positive first impression with excellent service and friendly staff. However, the noise and issues with the veranda window and doors must have been frustrating, especially if they were repaired late at night. The staff were kind and that I enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, it seems like there were both positives and areas for improvement during our stay.”

“Clean rooms with immediate and quick room service when requested. Staff are professional and respectful. Location is a quiet and serene atmosphere. The double pool, one for kids, and the other for adults is great for family. The beach view is just 👌. Numerous beach chairs with trampoline is great. Food and waiting service is also good. A perfect get-away from the hectic and busy lifestyle.”

Detta hotell var helt nyöppnat och vi var väldigt skeptiska till hotellet när vi först bokade eftersom många av bilderna var genererade och inte faktiska foton... Men vi chansade och fick en superbra upplevelse. Allt var väldigt rent och fräscht och personalen var väldigt måna om att vi hade det bra. Vi blev uppgraderade till ett bättre rum än vi bokat eftersom det fanns tillgängligt och blev även bjudna på saker under vistelsen...

“The staff in Reception and at the breakfast buffet were outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. The food at the buffet was very good and had a huge selection. The spa was a disappointment. It was not clean and I was charged double the price for the service I requested, and did not even receive all that the service was supposed to have included.”

“Wonderful magical gardens . Lovely friendly staff . Great gym . Although breakfast good all other meals were very tasteless . Even the mayonnaise and butter were of poor quality . After paying for one of your best rooms we were left very disappointed . The old fashioned shower wasn’t really of 5 star standard . Also the lack of electricity for half a day wasn’t great . “The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one...
