There was absolutely nothing that I liked about the property from the street. It looks like it's a normal place, but when you get inside the rooms they're terrible. They're bright in color I'll give him that, but there's roaches. The shampoo conditioner and whatever is falling off the wall. They actually overcharge. It probably should charge the same rate as Motel 6. Honestly, and the atmosphere you walk outside, and you see nothing but druggies, selling drugs and doing drugs and acting. Hella, weird and suspicious. Definitely.Not a place to feel safe at or a place to bring your kids

I arrived at night and they made me stand in the cold for 25-mins while 3 people checked-in through the side window. It was a very windy night, and it made the whole area feel more sketch than I thought it was. I felt frustrated by the lack of communication and slow check-in process with the night clerk, especially as we all waited standing out in the cold. Their demeanor bordered on rudeness, which added to the discomfort of the situation. When I finally got into my room, it was freezing as well and the blankets on the bed where so thin, I had to wear sweat pants and a fleece jacket to bed. Eventually, the room heated up, after the heater was on for some time. Other than that, the room was clean and had most of the amenities you would expect. I will just be staying at another hotel when I come for business in the future. I drove out early to get good sleep before a big important day, any I lost 1-2 hours of sleep to the cold.

It met our needs for our weekend in Modesto. It was convient to get to the 99 and to our different destinations in the city. Did really hear the Highway, due to the air being loud enough. Shower was a bit small, it was good enough. Wish they gave a little more choices for breakfast. It was a cool little spot.
