Clean rooms and Great breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Parking was easy.

The property and room were excellent. Staff were very helpful and cordial. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Had a wonderful time! Breakfast quality was top-notch, room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was first-class. We’ll definitely be back!! Our only disappointment was that no dinner options were available on-site.

Great location and views. Lovely property. Bed could be better. And breakfast service a bit rude taking away the food sharp at 10:00am while i was serving my breakfast. Basically did bot wait 10 seconds for me. Otherwise service was great and I would recommend highly for Noto stay.

The B&B is lovely. You are inside the side of the mountain. The host was very clear in her messages and helpful with instructions how to get into the B&B . She told us to use google map to get from the parking lot to the B&B . But , It sent us by way of steep multitude of steps . Very very difficult with luggage . The person told us a better way back with luggage to the car, there will still steps but mostly road . Breakfast was excellent and the person arranging it was delightful to talk to...

Great place to stay! The views on the terrace are gorgeous and it's such a lovely way to start the day. Thanks for a delicious traditional Italian breakfast Vincenzo! My room was clean and orderly and even though it was right by the front door it was very quiet.

Last minute booking, came in late hosted waited for us. In the heart of Ragusa Ibla which was fantastic. Host allows you to keep your luggage in office after check out while you tour town. Parking is limited & must climb several stairs to get to your destination. Only thing is our shower had a curtain that stuck to your body, does not reach the floor therefore water sprayed out.

SOFIA was very friendly and helpful. Francesca helped us with our luggages personally .

Wonderful experience. We had 6 accommodations during our trip in Sicily, and this was by far the best of them. Clean, modern and elegant. Spacious and comfortable room. Nora was beyond helpful checking us in. She helped us get take out dinner from the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and she let us eat in the breakfast room which was already set up for next morning's breakfast. She also served us drinks. If that wasn't enough, she suggested places to go and helped us plan our days, and even...

Quite a delightful small hotel with a friendly and helpful owner/manager. The rooms are attractively decorated. Very atmospheric. The only negative was that we didn't expect the street would actually be all stairs and located either three down from one regular street or four up. The street below had several good restaurants and one in particular specialized in regional food. For the somewhat younger and more fit (we are in our 80's) this would be a great place to stay. My husband,...

Beautiful location. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast.

Great location. Big shower, good AC and ok bed

We had an excellent stay! Ludovico, the property manager, was absolutely amazing and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The room was impeccable—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also perfect, strategically close to everything and very convenient for getting around. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

A little adpartment with all you need for either long or short vacation, right in front of the mediterranean sea and sunrise. Easy access and communication with the owner.
