"We had two rooms, in one of them the air conditioning controller was stuck at maximum 22 C , so it was pretty cold in the room, in the other room the window had a problem at closing and kept a gap of about half a centimeter on the left side , therefore during the night it was both cold and noisy as the room faced the motorway. The staff at checkin and checkout were very nice but the hotel definitely needs renovation."

"I had a lovely stay at WestCord hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I called for an early check in they were able to help me. Only slight issue I had was the room was a little on the cooler side which couldn’t be sorted."
