"We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Our room, the BLUE Suite, was beautiful, comfortable, very spacious, and well decorated. The breakfast was also very good, plenty options to choose from, with great room service. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Special recognition to Federica, who provided outstanding service and made us feel genuinely welcome. We also want to thank Pedro, Dimitri, Valerie, and Daysi, as well as the rest of the front desk team, for their kindness and excellent attention. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such an enjoyable experience!"

"This is an eco-friendly hotel. Most of the structure, furniture, etc. have been made by companies using recycled materials. It has an interesting lobby with access to a variety of coffees, snacks, and a sitting area. We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom.The rooms are basic, but have everything one needs. The toilet, sink, and shower areas are all separate in the room, giving privacy. The double bed was against the wall, making it difficult for older people to get out of bed without crawling over their partner. We were pleased with the accommodation, but if you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you."

"Upper-scale hotel with quality furnishings and amenities. The rooms are a fair size by European standards but rather small by North American standards. Some rooms require negotiating a series of half-length staircases with your luggage, but the staff are willing to assist."

"Central location, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Included breakfasts were very good. There was construction of the street out front of the hotel, but it did not impact the quietness of the rooms. For North Americans travelling in Europe, be aware the are not mini fridges in most hotels."
