Transportation to/from airport was advertised but They didn’t have it. My niece was stranded at the airport after a late night flight. Breakfast was very limited, hot food was cold. Bathroom in our room was old, outdated, tub and toilet not clean. Our last night they had a group of teenage guests running through the halls , knocking on doors including ours, slamming multiple doors well after midnight and nothing was done to stop it. We had to get up at 3:30 for a first a.m. flight. Needless to say with little to no sleep, we were not happy.! We would never recommend this property.

Room/property were clean. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Maid service both days I was there. Lady making omelets for breakfast.

The web site clearly stated they had "Free Airport Transportation". I had already reserved and paid for the room via Expedia.com and upon checking in they said there was no shuttle or transportation services at all. I showed the clerk the web site and the answer was here is a business card to call a taxi. No other option or further response to their blatant trickery or error. Terrible customer service or customer satisfaction and clearly a bait and switch as this hotel is about one mile from the airport and every other hotel has shuttle services. I would have tried to cancel via Expedia; however all hotels were booked up due to a basketball tournament going on so we were stuck. Going to try to call an Uber or taxi at 5:00 AM.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and professional. I only was there for the night but when in the area I will book a room with them.

The beds were clean. The room was cleanish. The rooms are very dated but the beds were fine. The bathroom had a mildew shower curtain and there looked like formerly puke around the bottom do the toilet that hadn’t been totally removed. There was a microwave and two fridges in our room. For a quick overnight it was decent. Breakfast was a typical continental with some sausage and eggs for those who wanted it. Coffee was hot but not good. We’d choose a different hotel next time for our money.

Ok, but not the best
The hotel overall was clean and kept up, however the tv remote did not work in our room and the door did not lock. Instead of them putting us in a different room, they told us they would “watch” our room for us. It wasn’t even close to the front desk and the hotel was almost empty so there was no reason not to move us. When we were gone we had to pick up and take our stuff with us each time. My kids went down to eat breakfast and it was bare minimum and were out of milk. If the door didn’t have issues and actually had food for breakfast, it would have been a good stay.

Hotel was dated & needs some repairs & TLC. Breakfast was not refilled . Had to wait a long time for desk clerk. Bed was comfortable & tv was good Price was cheap & we should have expected it.

Clean room, nice amenities, reasonable price
My room was comfortable and clean. Motel Is older, and is currently having some remodeling done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned each day on a multi day stay. Breakfast was nice. Location I’d very convenient. Price is very reasonable.

Not the best
Location was good, close to shopping and restaurants, but not walkable. Not the best part of town but we never felt unsafe. The hotel staff was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very dated which in turn made it feel less clean than it probably was. Honestly it felt a little gross. Our room specifically had what looked like a hole punched in to the bathroom door. The whole was then “patched” and stuffed with masking tape. The bathroom was tiny as well. If I would have been able to cancel our second night with a refund I would have 100% done it.

Great people - not great room experience
Staff was great and pleasant but that was about the only good thing. Our room was a sight to be seen - I'll list all the issues: - Multiple holes in the walls that had been patched and didn't match the wall paint color. - There were food wrappers and candy wrappers under the bed. Appears staff only vacuumed right up to the side of the bed. - The front wood panel on the bathroom sink was halfway off and coming unglued. - One of the sides of the shower curtain rod was pretty much pulled out of the wall. - Large red stain on the carpet right in front of the bathroom. - The trim on the closet door had a massive gouge taken out of it. - No ice bucket in the room. - Only one plug of the lamp on the side table between the beds worked. And with no USB ports in the room, we did not have enough plugs to charge our electronics overnight. - There were zero towels available at the pool area. - The smoke detector in the room had the battery door open with clearly no battery inside. Hopefully the actual detector was wired into the building electrical or that's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Front desk help was friendly and kind and checking was easy. The hotel is in disrepair and the room was in rough shape. Broken lamps and holes in the carpet. The toilet was severely stained and scratched up (oddly). Could be a nice place. Convenient location.

Don't Stay Here
Hotel dated, torn/worn/stained carpet throughout. Mattress in lobby when we checked in. Room was dirty, A/C didn't work, fridge loud gurgling sound & handle missing, breakfast was terrible. Room was damp & musty and smelled. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Miserable stay. I stayed at a Comfort Inn in Davenport and it was much nicer and less money and lower pet fee.

Don't Be Fooled by the Good Reviews
The Very Good ratings for this hotel confuse me. The first room that we were given smelled like smoke even though we requested non-smoking. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had a high-pitched shriek to it. After my husband took a quick shower the water in the shower didn't drain as at all. At this point I asked for a new room, which I was given with no trouble. The second room smelled the exact same. The outlet in the bathroom did not work, so I did my hair while sitting on the bed with no mirror. And we never could get the remotes to work on the TV's in either room. The Very Good reviews are Very Misleading. Just know what to expect if you book this hotel.

The hotel needs some TLC. Shower rod in bathroom broken, mattress not real firm, carpet could be replaced, bathroom tub. Looks like it was 100 years old.

The employees were very nice but the hotel needs some work in cleanliness especially the pool. There was algae and mold around the inside of the pool above the water line that needed to be sprayed off, possibly adding some chemicals to the pool. Carpet is worn and heavily stained in hallways. Hallways had a smell in them that was from someone cooking. When you walked in the door there was a flowery smell on the entrance that is you had breathing issues or allergies you would possibly have an attack. The room was clean but the blackout curtains need replaced, has pinholes, also the water backed up in the tub when you took a shower no stoppers in sink or tub. There was also a hole in the shower door that it looked like someone put. Mentrual pad wrapped up there instead of repairing. A little maintenance and cleaning would help tremendously
