Great place. Well located, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to Gianfranco's touch, a good and pleasent breakfast ... on the terrace.

Great property and super friendly. Best to get the phone number and make contact for / before arrival. The owner was very helpful when we called on arrival, but it was a little tricky. Not a normal front desk, but he got right there when we called. Really nice little place and excellent fresh breakfast.

10 minutes drive to the beach. Parking at the beach was easy and chip. Parking at the hotel was on the street in front of door which is not a Main Street with traffic. Host was just super.

Residenza molto bella, tranquilla, moderna e curata nei minimi dettagli. Camere dotate di tutti i comfort clima, wifi, minifrigo ecc... pulizia impeccabile sia dentro che fuori la camera. Molto bello e caratteristico anche il giardino con tavoli e sedie dove viene servita la colazione. Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di ferragosto e siamo stati benissimo. La zona è davvero tranquilla, situato a due passi dal centro di Campomarino e non troppo distante anche dalla zona lido. Colazione veramente top, cappuccino e caffè deliziosi, cornetti vari gusti, bombette alla crema, waffle, pancake, tutto squisito. Proprietari disponibili e gentili, veramente delle bravissime persone che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin da subito. Speriamo un giorno di poter essere di nuovo vostri ospiti per goderci di nuovo questa bellissima atmosfera. Un caro saluto, Daniel & Mariagrazia.

Soggiorno rilassante e con tutti i comfort

Ottima struttura, a circa 2 km dal mare. Il paese dove si trova é comunque piacevole per una passeggiata, ci sono i murales nel centro storico che valgono una visita a piedi. Il personale é molto disponibile. Ottima colazione. La struttura é recentemente ristrutturata e con tutti i comfort. Consigliatissimo.

Great Stay

We stayed 1 night on our way up the coast and was pleasantly surprised by the overall amenities. John Franco and his wife were very accommodating with a great breakfast and variety of juices along with local pastries to enjoy. The room was spacious as we had 3 people and the TV had some English speaking channels so we could catch up and understand what was being said. There was a nearby Pizzeria and a Restaurant available for dinner within walking distance.

Non-responsive, don't care about customers

It's hard to rate the rooms because the locked the front office, didn't answer their phone at 7pm and didn't reply to emails at 8pm. We were in rain traffic, called to let them know when we would arrive but no answer. Then I had my assistant email them, she received no reply. We arrived at the hotel. Rang the bell----no answer. Tried calling again, no answer. Knocked on the door--- no answer. We found another hotel via Google. The people were nice as was the room. PS: The owners of Glave never wrote back.
