We really liked this hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The location was nice and quiet, not far from public and private beaches (Nyali and Mombasa beaches.) Shopping was nearby.

Just a short ride to the beach. The front desk was very helpful. Good A/C in rooms. Good netting for the beds to help keep mosquitoes away while you sleep.

I primarily h add issues with the no elevator because I had yo take my luggage up three flight of stairs. I wish there was a phone yo communicate with the receptionists so I had yo go down every time I needed something. Other than that, it was clean and well kept with great breakfast options.

Room.1 lights and AC not working Room 2 doors could not close makimg it difficult for us to leave the room. In the middle of the night lights went of everything stopped working. Only positive thing the reception gurls so kind and the didtheir best to fix everything
