“We had a fantastic vacation, welcoming staff, clean and fresh linens, nice pool and of course the hospitality and welcoming of the landlords.. Close to the beach, approximately 200 metres, east to walk...there is a nice beach bar, shack with a few swinging beds, big, comfy chairs and you soak your feet into the white sand on the beach. You should a cook for the duration of your stay, if you not want to cook for yourself, it is more than a relief. Nobody wants to cook and do the dishes on...

“Nous conseillions vivement cet hébergement, vous y serez très bien reçu, c'est un lieu calme, très agréable, et très propre. Le jardin est merveilleusement entretenu les hôtes sont particulièrement attentionnés. Ils sont de très bons conseils. Les repas servis nous ont permis de faire un voyage culinaire. Les petits déjeuners et les repas étaient très bon et variés. En 5 min de marche nous arrivons sur la superbe plage de Diani. ”

“Staff were very help full and very helpful. The was no AC only one ceiling fan and stand alone fan so the bedroom accommodation was uncomfortable to sleep in. The shower head fell off twice and needs replacing. Due to a management changeover the visa machine was not working so paying at the property was a problem. The beach is 700 metres walk away along two rough roads so takes 20 minutes or 200 to 250 KSH with either Uber or the villa taxi service. Several good restaurants and two supermarkets...

“Esperienza negativa sotto tutti i livelli. Prenotazone che garantiva aria condizionata e colazione. Nessuna colazione e nessuna aria condizionata. Ho richiesto un servizio di lavanderia e mi hanno rovinato due maglie del valore di 300 € !! questa struttura deve essere eliminata dalle offerte di Hotels.com. Inoltre il sito dovrebbe verificare cosa viene offerto e cosa invece viene data! Bagno orribile e struttura da rinnovare!”

“This place is listed as Gloria Beach Lodge but it does not exist at the given address on the confirmation email. The phone number is a Ukrainian one. To contact this number after many attempts was futile. A message was sent via a local number and a local who contacted me 6 days later .In the meantime my family and I had to find alternative accommodation for those 6 days. Unfortunately I had a second booking of 2weeks with same lodge which ended up being a hotel called Tradewinds which is...

“Concept très sympathique : architecture locale, des appartement avec terrasse au bord de la mer avec beaux jardins. Un des meilleurs restaurants de la ville. L'hotel a un peu vielli et les travaux de rénovation sont les bienvenus. ”

“The location is pretty good, the way to the ocean is close, but pretty rough. A good store is not within walking distance, but a 3 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The apartment is ok, a bit outdated, but roomy. The pool is spacious, looks outdated but clean, the good part is that there are usually not many people there. The guards at the property are very friendly.”
