This review is a bit scattered. The rooms are some of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. The breakfast is far more superior than your typical yogurt, cereal and juice complimentary breakfasts. We had one staff member who was fantastic, who went above and beyond and one who did his job well but didn't try to do more than the requirement. The pool was decent however there weren't any towels available and the hottub looked green and scummy.
My main issue was I called the day before to inquire about a pack n play. I was told they were subject to availability but he believed we would get one and if we showed up right at check in that it was even more possible. We checked in at 250 and was told the pack n play was in the room. I went up, no pack n play. Asked again upon leaving for some Moncton activities and was told if it wasn't there then housekeeping was on their way with it, we were definitely on the list for one. Returned around 6pm and no pack n play, was then told they were all gone. Uncertain how it was on the way to the room and then never made it. The exceptional employee upgraded us to a room that had enough space for us to put the pull-out couch mattress onto the floor so our 1 year old had somewhere to sleep.
Despite the pack n play issue, we will definitely stay here again but will be sure to bring something for our daughter.
