Had an amazing 2 story room. Location was great! I have stayed in this area before but not in this hotel. My room although amazing was 2 hours late after check in time. The front desk staff is not very well trained in customer service and are very slow. All they say is we are trying to do the best we can and we are low on staff. Otherwise the property is very good and excellent location.

The heating wasn't working well the first night but the second night it worked fine. The bed sheets were all mixed up and for the wrong size bed. The sauna and hot tub were quite nice. Overall the room was very nice and had an excellent location in the village.

It’s really good place if you are in for skiing or visiting the village. The place is located inside the village and everything is accessible by five minutes walk. Also, the staff is really polite and helpful.
