Waited 4 1/2 hour standing in the lobby just to check in room was crazy small dirty looked like a room you rent by the hour waited 2 hours for are car to come back from the parking and that was 180.00 on checking in was told a deposit is need for all guest cash is 500.00 and card deposit is 200.00 and as of today sep 9th 3 weeks later they still have refunded it call the phone number and u just keep going in a loop this place really sucks it was very hot in are room and the windows didn’t even open the staff doesn’t do anything but stand around talking to other staff members
