"The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number. Hyatt is the worst I have dealt with and as much as I travel I will never stay at there hotels. "

"Would have loved the resort if it was presented as advertised. There is only 1 restaurant open and 2 snack bars available. The amusement park and bumper cars are closed completely which is not stated in the description along with ant farms in bathrooms and bedrooms "

"The property was easy to navigate. The restaurants were hard to get reservations at but we were able to go to them. Each restaurant had their own way of serving food, became a little confusing. The resort was clean and friendly and when we arrived they up graded our room free of charge! Just remember you need to check your plugs for the outlets, we needed to bring converters. Overall a great stay and would go again!"

Walk everywhere or catch a tour or taxi right in front. It is loud due to the Cascada bar upstairs but that didn’t bother me. I joined the fun and went to sleep afterwards. My balcony room was great. 402. View of the ocean and the city. The reviews about the carpet were not accurate on my floor - 3. Carpets were clean and new. No worries about security. Most nights there was a security guard at the entrance. The door to the floors can only be accessed with room card Mar Y Tierra restaurant was great. I ate there a few times. There are plenty of options all over the place. Please walk around. Cross the Queen Emma Bridge. Google Maps will be useful. Casanova. Toasted Buns. Piace Bieu for local food. Kuda Handa Village. Get a tour for the beaches - mambo. Kenepa. The hato caves were spectacular. The San Marino casino was not good The people of Curacao were wonderful ! Enjoy. Talk to locals. Live well. Bon Bini!!. "
