"I liked that the staff spoke English Spanish and Portuguese. We chose this property because we wanted to use the Spa. This feature is in their name. The Spa was closed during the time we were at the hotel. Very disappointing. :-("

"Great hotel got a nice upgrade also bottle of prosecco and a cake for our anniversary Didnt like the barcode booking service for alacart i followed the advice given but wouldn't let me book the grill annoyed really as it was for my wifes 70th birthday pool area has many loose and broken tiles otherwise great surprise for my wife"
