"The room was clean and warm. Bathroom has a handheld shower, it's clean and also warm. The staff is very polite and helpful. Overall excellent experience."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but there were 2 beds pulled together with two separate covers vs one larger bed. We understand that this is common in Europe but have not seen it in a while and have always had one larger bed (my husband and I travel a lot). The toilet was also spitting water out onto the floor with every flush. The weirdest thing is that I’ve seen this before 2 years ago when I stayed at the same hotel. So this is not a random thing for them. Otherwise it was ok. "

"The room absolutely reeked of cigarettes we even tried airing it out but it was seeped into the furniture and there was nothing we could do. The pole the shower head sits into also kept coming off of the wall."

Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Sie ist eine echte Bereicherung für das Team, und ihr Engagement hat meinen Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr bereichert. Sincerely Andrea M. "
