"Staff were excellent during the stay. The value of the chalet and onsite amenities is superb. Camilla at the breakfast cafe was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with in the mornings. The staff was very accommodating and patient despite me not knowing Portuguese with a few English speakers onsite. Will stay again if i have another weekend in the area"

"I can't imagine a better Pousada! Everything was taken care of perfectly from Sabrina (hostess) literally coming to greet us as we unloaded our luggage to the beautifully appointed chalet. There really wasn't a check in process, she just walked us to our chalet (we stayed in the Exclusive) and walked us through everything in the chalet. "Very nice hotel, but has no accessibility for elderly or physically disabled citizens. The room was very nice, although it had no heat source other than the fireplace that didn’t do much other than ambiance. Great location, close to town, nice and friendly staff."
