The staff was amazing. Loved the vibe and all staff were helpful and friendly. The food was very good and available all day long. The drinks were good although they frequently ran out of popular liquors like vodka. The hotel itself needed updating and repairs. Our bathroom door didn’t even close ...

Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Staff is excellent, amenities great especially Elite Club amenities. Beach is clean and well stocked with chairs and tables. Only complaint is cockroach found in room. Staff said they are everywhere. A bit unsettling!!!
