Great location, entertainment, and dining options. Rooms provide nice view of the Bay. Rooftop bar is very nice. Access to Secrets provide additional options.

Notified them of bed bugs in my room. They Denied it and took 2 days to move my room. Hotel manager was very rude and dismissive about it. Please don’t book here. Over 7k trip down the drain. On top of infestation.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel und Konzept, aber bei dem Preis kann ich die vielen Makel und Ärgernisse nicht akzeptieren. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man am Zimmer. Grundsätzlich sind dort alle sehr bemüht und es ist sauber. Allerdings ist es sehr laut, abends hört man die Party im Foyer. Das Hotel ist an die anderen beiden Secrets Hotels (St. James und Wild Orchid) angeschlossen, sodass man die Restaurants und Strände nutzen kann (Das Breathless hat keinen eigenen Strand). Theoretisch ist es zwar ein All inclusive, praktisch ist es sehr nervig etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Man muss sich jedes mal anstellen und warten bis man einen Platz bekommt. Einmal mussten wir über eine Stunde warten. Ein anderes Mal trotz Reservierung eine halbe Stunde, bis wir uns überhaupt setzen konnten. Getränke sind auch nicht einfach zu bekommen. Die Bars sind hoffnungslos überfüllt und man wartet ewig. Leider reservieren Gäste ihre Liegen morgens und lassen ihr Handtuch dann den ganzen Tag dort liegen, sodass es unmöglich ist später einen Platz zu finden. Es hängen überall Schilder, dass Handtücher weggeräumt werden, aber das tut niemand. Schatten, in Form von Sonnenschirmen, ist auch nur sehr begrenzt vorhanden. Die schönen Sonnenbetten sind nur mit dem zusätzlichen Butler zu bekommen. (Insgesamt gibt es einige Dinge die nur gegen Aufpreis zu haben sind) Alles Dinge, die bei einem normalen All Inclusive Hotel akzeptieren würde, aber nicht bei dieser Preisklasse.

All the staff had really good energy and added to the overall wonderful experience my wife and I had. Only suggestion I would recommend would be to have the rocks cleared from the beach from time to time.

Property was stunning but was disappointed that our ocean view room was really a bay view. We had to go to the Secrets resort across the street which were quieter. Breathless was for a younger, partying crowd than to my liking (60s). Staff seemed more friendly and accommodating at the Secret resorts, although there were definitely some staff at Breathless that were better at customer service. Loved the option of the many connecting resorts. There were 14 restaurants that we could choose from and every single meal was great.

This property was amazing! Kitson was amazing he greeted me upon arrival, made sure I knew where to go and helped me to my room. The check in staff was so helpful very knowledgeable and i must say this resort was ran very well i felt very safe. Everything was clean my room was clean and comfortable housekeeping was fast and i loved how i got a phone call to verify i received anything that i asked for. My only complaint is i called in days before my arrival to let them know it was my birthday and that was not notated. I let them know once i checked in and they definitely made it up to me and i was able to arrange breakfast in bed the next day. 10/10

What a nice resort! Everyone was friendly and the food was excellent! The only thing I’d warn people about is the party atmosphere in the evenings. If you like to turn into bed earky like me, it can be a bit annoying but that is their vibe! Overall my husband and I had a great experience.

Beautiful property, great food and entertainment. Lots of dining options. Staff are very friendly, make you feel very welcomed and safe. The staff here is nice very helpful.. the food is amazing. My only problem was the rooms need to be upgraded. My dresser was falling apart the couch looked dirty. The cleaners don’t do the best job cleaning the rooms they had to come back and do a deep clean after I had checked in.. why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to my arrival. There was even a hole in the ceiling and water was leaking. The bugs were biting me all over it was a bit much. And don’t pay for xhale. We stayed there for 5 days saw our butler for three of the five days. The butler was amazing but it’s def not worth the price. Just get a regular room. I personally think the hotel is better for couples

The room was beautiful, The entertainment team definitely knows how to create a fun environment, and the food was good. I just wish there was a place that stayed open throughout the day if you were hungry and wanted to grab a quick bite.

I left my wallet in my room and i had a flight the other day all my documents was inside and they told me it wasn't recovered and 2 days after preesing the issue they came up with it. I miss my flight and almost got fired from my job

This hotel is more like a 3 star NOT 5 very dirty and old room, food is awful and this hotel is boring nothing like riu reggae, even holes in the curtain in the room

I must say that this vacation at Breathless was the most amazing vacation ever! The staff was so engaging and wanting to make everything perfect, the food was above and beyond and I highly recommend to everyone to vacation here!!
