I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the administrative staff, specifically the front desk receptionists and supervisors. Unfortunately, their behavior has been consistently rude and disrespectful towards guests. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of consistent communication among the managers within the resort. I had none working phone and fruit flies in the bathroom. I made a complaint and request service at 7am. When I returned to my room at 9:30pm nothing was done. They sent the maintenance and room service at my room at 10pm to do repairs after I used my personal cell phone to call front desk ( long distance charged I’m now responsible for). They were unable to fix the issues that late, so I demanded a room change. I was taken from a king room to a twin room. Mind you this is A VIP SECTION OF THE HOTEL. No accommodation or credit given, just that they would extent my checkout time to 12noon.
However, I must acknowledge the exceptional performance of the bartenders and service personnel. They have consistently provided outstanding service.
In order to improve the overall customer experience, I would highly recommend that the resort addresses the issues with customer service at the administrative level as well as junior management. By doing so, they can ensure that guests are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.
