Nice hotel staff is great Kenken and shavara where the best bartenders they did run out of face towels by day 3 but still fun all the fun party's happen on the weekends and at Montego Bay mostly the foam party was fun

The staff was amazing Abby at the buffet always made sure we had a great place to sit and she kept out mimosas filled. And Michelle at the main pool bar was amazing! The foam parties at Reggae and Montego Bay were so much fun. This is the resort to visit if you're looking for a good time. we extended our stay because we loved this place that much.

The safe didn’t work right when I got there but someone came up and fixed it within a half hour. I was very pleased. The staff were excellent and very accommodating in all areas of the resort. Loved the view at the beach wish I was still there on my lounger listening to the waves crash.

Clean room, most staff at bars and restaurants were overall good. Food was good but can be so much better…with restaurants reservations almost impossible to make which takes away from all-inclusive. Front desk team was cordial BUT just seemed transactional with little to no genuine care for what they do.

The buffet areas were actually really great here! This is the first time I’ve said that about an AI, but breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were really the best part of this resort. Room was nice and A/C ran perfectly. We had an oceanfront king room, it was basic and above one of the swim up pools. The pool closes quite early so there won’t be a lot of noise from that, which was great. The main buffet was 2 floors below us and there was never any extra noise or food smells, which was great having it so close to us.

Hotel was fine , service great also , Food is ok the buffet but not good the signature restaurants availability , out of 5 nights we used them just 3 , every time you want to book they were packed on reservation , and they open 1-2 restaurants at night,,then the other 2 where closed , when the hotel was full , also those guys on kayaks selling weed don’t let you use the ocean with privacy , complete unacceptable

Overall a nice trip, some of the small touches like fresh cut coconut to drink at the beach, jerk chicken bbq served at the beach. Service overall was good but just felt the service level never felt exceptional other than Zahire the server who always went above and beyond with a genuine care to elevate our experience. The area of the hotel that truly is an opportunity is the very indifferent front desk. When your flight is canceled and you need to extend your stay even if you don’t have the availability show some empathy and try and help the guest and not just tell me you don’t have availability. Nonetheless a nice visit but would consider another brand in the future.
