Very friendly staff running the hotel. We were there for two nights. Did not get housekeeping after the first night.

Breakfast was pretty good, but only seating for 8. Rooms are clean, but very basic and quite small. We had room with 2 queens. Refrigerator didn't work and neither did the alarm clock. Location is the best feature - just two blocks from Ocean Avenue with lots of shops and good restaurants nearby.

We were in a room 122 and above the room is an empty space where youth gathered in the evenings. Extremely noisy. Plumbing had some issues.
