It was absolutely wonderful! The property was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Parking was easy, the jacuzzi was perfectly heated, and the complimentary breakfast offered both warm and cold options. Makaela and Kai were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It’s easy to get into downtown Monterey, the cannery, the aquarium and easy on and off the freeway. I would recommend a room on the third floor to avoid noise from people walking overhead. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Wehad a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The receptionist was especially helpful, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out and making sure everything went smoothly. I also really appreciated that all of the accommodations I requested were taken care of before our arrival, which made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Room was clean, and staff was friendly and responsive. Property as a whole was clean. Wish Property had AC, but that's my fault for not checking. The weather was fine while we were there and box fan was provided so it was fine. Had some occasional aircraft flyovers. Overall enjoyed the stay, and would recommend.

Good location near Monterey but it is near the airport so can be a bit noisy. Rooms are large, has Keurig but a bit dated and there is no AC just a box fan and no ice/water available on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is the usual continental options but breakfast area is too small, all the tables are pushed together so you are sitting on top of other families and there is little room to move through the food line. In general, a nice clean safe place.
