Staff were great, the location was walkable to many eateries & activities, and the antique style was warm & charming. Really enjoyed the stay!

The hotel is very old, nice if you want to experience 1800s but there is no water coming out of our shower. Three nights we stayed here, I felt dirty not getting shower especially after we hiked. There is hole on the floor as well.

What a wonderful and charming place!! Staff was impeccable with service to customers. Clean and comfortable and close to the aquarium and cannery row. The view was spectacular, the Pacific Ocean looked wonderful from our room. The gardens were enchanting and the breakfast outstanding.
