"Recently, we had the pleasure of staying at the Centrella in Pacific Grove, CA. Its location is positioned well, with easy access to both Monterey and Carmel. I, am an early riser, so having access to their quiet dining area for an early morning, great cup of coffee, is just what the doctor ordered! Additionally, they played some of the best "Oldies", music that I have ever heard! The manager was very attentive and friendly, as were all of the staff. I will do research on the Kirkwood Collection, because they really go overboard to make your stay, wonderful."

"I booked a Deluxe king. Very small room.Asked for a bigger room. They gave us a little bigger room. The rooms are clean. They are dark with small windows and they need more furniture. No dresser or benches. The headboard had big wear marks from people leaning against it. Just a little table and a couple of chairs. The coffee and water cups were not wrapped in paper. Just put rim side down on the tray. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable."

Lighthouse Lodge And Cottages

"We were in a cottage one bedroom. Room was clean and liked the high ceilings. Sliding door would not open and needed replacing. Shower leaked bad and the toilet area needs to be replaced as lots of dry rot. Really nice property but lots of clean up needed. They are trying but need more help. Employees were awesome and breakfast was really good. Eggs and sausage need to be warmer. Overall it was enjoyable and we would return. Just two blocks to ocean."
