"We were pleased with the well maintained property. Our room/cottage was a bit small but it was nice and clean with newer flooring and paint. It had all the features stated such as microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with accessories, tv, hairdryer. The shower/tub was nice with good water pressure. The bed was pretty comfortable, although the metal platform the mattress was on was noisy at times. There was also a drink/snack machine on the property, as well as a spacious outdoor sitting area with firepit. It was also nice to look out the window to a beautiful view of the environment and get to watch the roaming deer. We love the area for its proximity to the ocean, lighthouse and downtown shopping. For dog owners it is important to know that while the property is pet friendly, the grounds do not have a specific dog area for going to the bathroom so you have to take your pet across the street or just go for a neighborhood walk, so don’t forget your poop bags!"
