I booked a room for one night close to the airport. Overall, the room didn’t feel very clean, but I didn’t think much of it at first. After showering and getting ready to sleep, I noticed a small cockroach on the ceiling, which was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the room phone was not working, so I had to go to the front desk to report the issue. The staff was polite, understanding, and quickly moved me to another room, which I appreciated. This has never happened to me before at a hotel, and while the staff handled the situation well, the property clearly needs better cleaning and pest control overall.

I was happy to have a shuttle to and from the hotel/airport. I didn’t like to wait an hour for it though. My room was nice all around, in the night/early morning hours the bathroom and my night stand had bugs. Little ants with wings and tiny ants all over my drink. Pest control is definitely needed. No bites on me which is good.

The hotel looks in very bad condition and smells like humidity. The transportation from airport to hotel took more than an hour to get picked up and they keept telling me "15 min" while I was with around 15 other people waiting. After, when the driver finally arrived I understood there was a flight that was delayed and they needed to accommodate lots of people from that flight and they only had 1 Van to pick them up, however I am.a high believer that when you inform guests about what's the situation, we will understand and be more patient, but in this case there was no comunication once or ever. When I arrive to the hotel the staff in the reception apologized and was attentive however the experience was not great with anything else for me.

It was clearly an older hotel with updated Wyndham signage. There’s a strange scent, chipped paint, and dirty floors although the staff tried very hard to compensate.
