I would suggest to go somehwere else..this people do not help u at all...they were unable to get payment from my credit card then were rude requesting new payment methods and denying my cancellation request...all that after expedia accepting my credit card....and having the necessary fonds on it...

Encontramos la habitación con bastante polvo y el baño no muy limpio. Yo soy alérgica al polvo y mi reacción fue inmediata. La cama es bastante incómoda y pequeña. Sin embargo sirven un excelente desayuno.

Tudo excelente. Mas tinha muito barulho de dia e de noite. Acho que fiquei ao lado de alguma sala de manutenção. Isso não me atrapalhou em nada, mas seria bom o hotel ver a questão de barulhos no quarto 106.

O hotel é bem antigo, mas é bom, bem localizado, o café da manhã e atendimentos são bem bons! Tem garagem e café da manhã inclusos. Porém, o quarto tem baratas! Então se você tem nojo, não vá!

The staff helped us with information about the hop on hop off bus location. The staff made our reservations for the Madero dinner and tango show. Were pick up and dropped off in front of the hotel. After all we are 78 years old ladies traveling alone. Great experience.The location is 1 block from the mall. Taxis were very inexpensive.
