Nice layout in the suite we had and everything was comfortable. The only point I’d have is that our feet got quite dirty walking barefoot in the room.

Room was not clean. Garbage on the floor in bag on the bathroom. Dirty hand prints all over the bathroom door and dirty hand prints in shower. Shower floor was super slippery. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower. Stairway was filthy and there are numerous garbage receptacles in the stairwells that are partial blocking the stairs.

Nasty Room.
Room was not ready. Personal did not seem to care about getting us into a room. The room floor was sticky and had obviously not been cleaned. Every step taken was like I was walking on glue. The trim smelled of industrial cleaner. Caused me and my wife some breathing problems.

Location of property was excellent because it was in close proximity to a plethora of restaurants and shopping. The room was bigger than expected. Layout was nice. However, the hallways of the property were not too appealing. They looked worned out. Cleanliness of the room was ok for the exception of the kitchenette. The dishes were dirty, they had been run in the dishwasher but they still had food residue. We had no dish detergent only dishwasher detergent. But the one reason why I wouldn't stay here again is because the shower head was not working. I called the 'emergency' line (lobby is closed after 7pm) and she came and tried to fix it to no avail. She said they were booked and couldn't change my room. She stated will call manager to see if they can do anything else. But I never heard back from her. I had to shower with a cup!

Clean and safe accommodations
In town for volleyball tournament. Easy to find. Safe area. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that walls a little thin. Heard the man singing next door at 6:10 in the morning on Saturday. Trash cans full Saturday morning and still full Sunday. Had to set mine on top.

Property was not well managed. The rooms are outside and we were locked out of our room for about 2 hours until someone came from home to unfreeze the door lock. Property doesn’t have staffing on site 24 hours or they left the property for some reason. Hotel refused to compensate us for this. Be cautious staying here.

Like new condition property with a nice courtyard/ common area. Enjoyed the communication as the staff was not going to be present during our check in. The lockboxes make a lot of sense for guests arriving after hours.

Room was very nice, great bed. No complimentary soap or shampoo. No continental breakfast and 1 Keurig machine for all to use(yuck). No ice machines. No pool.

Limited service hours at office
I would suggest that the hours of the office are communicated prior to reserving because they are limited for check in and service. We were informed via text but needed to alter our arrival plans and barely made it. Apartment was great
