"Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spotless, spacious and the sea view was well worth the extra money. The spa and massage treatments were wonderful, I’d highly recommend the magnesium full body treatment. The gym was well equipped for a hotel gym, it could do with a bit more space for floor/ mat work. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was wonderful, endless options to meet your preferences and the piano player really added to the ambience. Great location, about 20-25 mins walk into the old town (up hill on the way back). I’d stay at this hotel again without hesitation."

"Fantastic stay at the Adriatic Deluxe Apartments - Our apartment with jacuzzi on the balcony was the highlight of our trip - Such a lovely space, just to chill and enjoy the Croatian sunshine!! …and the views over the port were amazing both day & night!! - The staff were very friendly and efficient especially Ana and the gent on the front desk - Made our stay even better!! Would visit again and would recommend to friends also."

"The hosts were very kind and accommodating, treating us like friends. Note that you trade a beautiful view plus peaceful quiet for many steps. We found it well worth it, considering the easily walkable distance to the Old City as well as many great restaurants. If there were umbrellas over the terrace, it would be a perfect 10. Highly recommend the property and hosts. If we return to Dubrovnik we will return to this property."

"The images of the accommodations are misleading. You are not getting the view that is being advertised, however that was the least of our worries. Our room had a queen size bed and a twin, the twin seems to be used as a couch but it was covered by a filthy blanket with no sheets. The room is extremely outdated and hasn’t had a deep clean probably ever. The shower has hard water marks and debris on the walls. There is no body wash or shampoo or conditioner. The hot water is operated via switch which takes forever to heat up and has about 5 minutes of hot water. The towels were SO OLD. Somehow the bathroom had insects, we saw a millipede on one of the towels and ants on the floor. The fridge in the room did not work, the kettle had black mold. We found an old box of candy beside the couch clearly indicating the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. The room beside us had their bathroom window into the hallway beside our entry door so we heard all the activity from the bathroom as well as all the smells. Out of our three nights we had wifi for one. When asking the host if she can fix the wifi she simply pointed to the router and said it’s out of her control."
