I have several observations about this hotel that I feel compelled to share. While some aspects have already been mentioned, I'd like to provide my perspective as well.
Firstly, there is no extractor fan in the bathroom, which posed an inconvenience for my family of four. We had to purchase a Fabreze odour spray to mitigate this issue. Additionally, the noise emanating from the event area downstairs was excessively loud, disrupting our sleep. Despite bringing this to the attention of the front desk, we were informed that there was nothing they could do to address it. Furthermore, the room opposite ours was undergoing repairs, resulting in disruptive drilling and sawing noises as late as 8 pm on one occasion. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms exacerbated this problem, as we could hear every noise from neighbouring rooms, including a check-in process at 3 am.
Moreover, the bathroom tubs are narrow, and I unfortunately slipped, resulting in a swollen knee. Regarding the breakfast, it was passable, but lacking in variety. Notably, there was no waffle machine, and the fruit selection was limited to just oranges. The muffins were oddly cut into quarters, and the juices were diluted with excessive ice, diminishing their flavour. Additionally, I found that half of the gym equipment was out of order.
On a positive note, the parking facilities were satisfactory.
