The staff was kind enough. The rooms... The first room has wooden boxes for the box springs, the light switch was missing the shell, there was tape on the door frame from where I'm assuming a lock used to be, the scent of bleach and lemon was unbelievable. The second room there was extremely questionable stains on the box spring as well as the mirror, the doors lock was the flimsiest locks, the mattress were really firm and the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I would give this place 1/5. It is definitely a "working" hotel xxx

The rooms in the new building are very spacious. The continental breakfast is sufficient. The property advertises that rooms are sound proof, absolutely not, we overheard a couple way down the hall having an intimate moment. The cleaning staff and the staff refilling breakfast were very kind, same with the staff at front desk. Overall we were satisfied.

This is the first time we have stayed at Ramada and we were pleased to find our room so cool with the air conditioning before we arrived. It was just an extra step that made us comfortable on such a hot day. I do not know the names of the two women who served us at the Office, but they were brilliant on June 28 at approximately 6 PM. Thank you very much. we will certainly stay here again and I can see why you have an 8.8 rating on Expedia.

Overall, the hotel was good for what we needed, which was simply a place to sleep. In terms of the positives, it was clean, the staff were nice and pleasant to deal with, and the continental breakfast was good. The only negatives were the condition of the room itself, including the following: the door to the room was really hard to open and close, the electrical plug beside the bed didn't work (I woke up in the morning and found my phone not charged), the lights were really confusing to switch on and off, and the bath towels were quite small. However, it was a decent stay (despite the price being so high because of F1 weekend in Montreal).

old building.Room below ground. No-one answered phone all day. Old air conditioner very noisy, bathroom toilet ran all night. Antiquated tv service. Hard bed. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful and the basic breakfast was good. Wouldn't stay again.

Hi! There were hair in our bed, the blinds were broken which gave us no privacy and outdoor light was coming in. No sink soap was available, the toilet paper older was broken, the air conditioning was noisy and pushing air stright in my face while I was sleeping. I had to shut it down therefore the room came to be quite hot. The hotel address led us at a golf store at 11h45 am. The staff was nice and were also aware of the wrong location, they kindly gave us proper directions. Furthermore, I paid twice the amount, identified on their website ($150), for the same room. I do not recommend and would rather sleep in my car next time. Regards, Chris
