This hotel is below average, they try to charge me twice even though it was paid through Expedia. My executive room has been rented to someone else and they gave me a 'standard room' that felt below average. The hotel wasn't that clean and smell bad. The best part was leaving.

Spacious room and very well kept. A bit old fashioned and slightly odd smell (basement room). Great service- friendly staff!

We were in the new block of rooms which were very nice. It was difficult getting our stroller up the stairs however.

I didn’t like the fact it was a whole different room then showed in the pictures posted on Google and other websites. And it was very dirty with worms and cockroaches on the bed.

Is catfishing a thing for hotels? They show pictures of great looking rooms but that's not what I got. I was expecting a modern remodeled room but I was given something out of the 60's. The outside door lock required a key that didn't work right. My card for the room had to be reset EVERY DAY. The only things good about the room was it was fairly quiet and close to food.

They are presented based on popularity which explains why our renovated rooms are the first showned. Pas une bonne insonorisation dans la chambre on entend très bien le trafic dans la chambre près du blvd. Et douche et toilette ne fonctionnait pas bien!

Nice staff and seems fairly newly renovated. Went to wrong location 1st as there is another address that atarts the same, so use the link from your reservation app or enter the full address in maps. Free capuccino from machine is nice. A few inconveniences: door to room does not fit/ close well so must pull it hard. The safety latch in doir can't swing open enough so it hits the wall, so jerk the door to get it past the latch. The heat seamed finick to get right. Fridge was set a bit too cold and froze the veggies. But, those are fairly minor.

GREAT stay. Bright clean room with bright clean bathroom. Find the bed pillows in the cabinets at the bottom of the closet and snooze well into the morning. The front desk told me that this property was recently acquired, so I guess things might change.

Very nice stay at a good price.The location is very close the everything, the room was huge and spacious. The bathroom had heated floors which was a great addition and the room had an interior and exterior exit which made unloading the car very easy. Looking forward the staying again!
