"I got a call from the property about an hour before check in letting me know they had double booked and I wouldn’t have my room available. Their team sprang into action and booked me a room at a neighboring property and refunded the reservation cost. In addition to the stay being at no cost, they even sent over a gift basket. Their actions proved to me that they truly put the customer first, even if they aren’t able to accommodate at their property. Amazing service recovery! You have earned a life long customer."

"The room and property are mediocre. Bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Not a great nights sleep at all. It was nice to be downtown and have free parking. "

"Although the reception was friendly I feel she could have done more. When we ask for more blankets she said she only had one left. I was shocked to hear this. I asked if this was the case of one extra blanket for room and she said no. That she only had one blanket left and that’s all. The hotel overall was old and broken and dirty. Room felt stuffy and it had a bad odor. The shower was extremely hard to turn on. We left and got a new hotel reservation. We couldn’t stay there any longer. "

"We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This hotel is not even worthy of 1 star. Please respond to me about this issues!"
