"We had a wonderful stay. The view from the lakeside rooms is amazing, spacious and very comfortable Nice to see traditional small soap and shampoo bottles instead of the refills.Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although not the most convenient city location, a huge shopping center is only 10min walking distance and has a Metro stop for fast access to Sydney CBD. The hotel restaurant is very affordable and can highly recommend. Free hotel parking is a big bonus"

"Everything was really nice but when I went into the bathroom the shower look like it was gonna fall off and there was a bandage Band-Aid of some sort left up near the soap containers so I think they forgot to take that out when they cleaned the shower but other than that we always have a great time there, sit out in the balcony have coffee the pools absolutely beautiful even the wildlife"

"We had a most enjoyable stay, felt like a home with a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The small items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc made it very convenient, dishes were clean, trash could be taken out and dropped into the chute by the lifts. I will be staying there again! Btw, the building is a few minutes walk to the Chatswood station. Staff are awesome! "
