"Room was absolutely filthy with cobwebs, dust, bugs and spiders. The room has not been cleaned around edges, near furniture or cornices for a very long time. There is mould and mildew in shower that should have been wiped off. Cleaners need to be replaced. Floors were unvaccummed and tiles stained and not cleaned."

No apology given for their errors. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but the staff are not up to the job, am still waiting for the room deposit to be released 3 weeks later."
