"This place was amazing from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. I am so glad we did not stay downtown which is a complete nightmare of tourists. The views of the mountains on both sides from the courtyard were epic and the large jacuzzi's with powerful jets were just what we needed after our days in Teton. At night, there are fire pits going for s'mores and conversations with other guests. Right across the street is a laundry facility and a bit further is a grocery store to load up on items so you don't go broke dining three times a day in Jackson. Awesome hoodie robes for the pool and jacuzzi area and the beds are super comfortable. Just the right firmness. Don't think twice. Book it."

They charge $50 an hour for late checkouts. I would prefer that they tell me that it's not available. Nickel and diming guests in a higher end hotel is a bit bizarre. Overall, hotel was clean with rooms that are well appointed."
