“Firstly I would like to say that although I prepaid this booking THE PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN PAID BY HOTELS.COM. I have since been told by another property owner that this happened to that this keeps happening in Sri Lanka. What is going on??? The breakfast was cheap and OK. The room was ok but very hot with only little fan. The roof terrace was good. The upstairs rooms (on the roof) are far better with much better bathrooms. Not too far from town and beach. Nice walks out the back to Coconut...

“We loved our stay at coco tangalla. The staff was welcoming and kind and the location was amazing. The property is beautiful with a great pool and beautiful view of the beach (although you can’t swim there because of the rocks, but it’s great to watch crabs in the rock pools!) - food was very tasty (egg hoppers were especially good) and the room was comfortable and practical (not huge in itself but the bed was comfy and there was storage for our bags under the bed, and the bathroom was big)....
