"Very nice hotel! Nice amenities, ambiance and walkable or easy uber ride to restaurants and Red Hat Amphitheater or Lincoln Theater. Cool club right next door. Got to watch the Hurricanes from bars nearby and they won the championship!! Fans were lined up everywhere!!"

"If you are looking for a “not hotel” hotel in Raleigh, Guest House Raleigh is a good option. Clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom, quiet, and minutes walk from restaurants, convention center, etc. The amenities are basic - coffee in the room, basic breakfast stuff, and delicious cookies. After years of corporate travel, I prefer to stay where it feels more like staying in a home. Guest House Raleigh is that. Highly recommend"

"In town for one night. Everything was perfect... cleanliness, comfort, complimentary breakfast. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint is lack of helpful information or signage. It was somewhat confusing getting from the parking deck to our room and knowing which elevators to use and which floor to choose. No signs telling you to use your key card to operate elevator. When we checked out, we turned out keys in at the desk. When we were exiting the parking deck, we then realized we needed our key card to open the gate. Called the hotel, were told to come back to get a key to exit. That would have been good info for the front desk staff to tell us when we turned our keys in. When we finally got back down to exit the parking garage, the car in front of us was having the same issue with being able to exit. To be fair, they were very busy. But this information could have also been relayed in check-in or check-out instructions.... but there were none. Had to fully rely on staff to give instructions, which were not thorough. Even the directions to get from check-in desk to parking garage to room were confusing. Overall, staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay again, but they need more written instructions and tips to make things smoother."

"Hotel was very nice and well maintained. Murphy bed in studio room was even comfortable. Only complaints are: there is not enough accessible parking in the parking lot or in close proximity to the hotel, pillows go flat and gave me a kinked neck, and the restaurant on the corner next door was EXTREMELY loud playing music late at night."
