Inside parking, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great mountain hotel and close to all services. You can walk to many coffee shops and food places even grocery stores. Overall great location.

Good Enough!

Casa de la Loma was a wonderful stay—clean, quiet, and peaceful. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the rooms are tidy. While charming, the accommodations would benefit from some thoughtful updates, especially in the bedding, sheets, and décor. An elevated refresh, while preserving the traditional hacienda Mexican style, would make the experience even more special. The service was excellent, and for the price, it was a great value. I’d especially recommend enhancing the quality of toiletries, bedding, and room details to match the beauty of the property.

Love location and view. I understand the decor and antique feel that they are going for. I just wish they paint patio furniture. Jacuzzi in mastersuite takes for ever to fill and wish they remodel or fix the plumbing and fixtures on it. The landscaping also needs to be better as tree limbs block view and at places its just out of control. I also wish they supply or offer wash clothes in the bathroom. To use for washing when showering or removing make up and brushing or washing hands.

the property was cold climate - dining area. much stone and tile creates cold. The heaters are older models in the room, no rugs to absorb any warmth. I changed rooms from the first with heater not working and no hot water. The colonial style building is nice but it needs upgrading to create a pleasant environment for guests.

RAN DOWN

The complete hotel was in need of repair. DO NOT EXPECT IT TO LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. The place is way overgrown and need extreme maintenance. The bar is not open for use , The restaurant food was prepared in a microwave which is only open until 1:PM . The amount stairs and path you have to walk to your room is unsafe . One big obstacle course full of overgrown bushes ,cactus and plants hindering path . The main entrance and lower room look all manicured but nothing like the rest of the hotel . THE PICS ARE VERY MISLEADING IN THE APP..

La casa es hermosa pero poco práctica para personas de la tercera edad, el estacionamiento es pequeño y no siempre hay lugar. El mantenimiento deja que desear y el personal es poco atento. No me quisieron dar factura, alegando que hice la reservación a través de Expedia.

Huele mal, personal grosero,inseguro dejar sus pertenencias en la habitación ya que su mismo personal ingresa a las habitaciones cuando no estás y llegas y los encuentras, no hay restaurante, difícil acceso a las habitaciones ya que está construido en un cerro muy alto y hay que subir muchos escalones, insegura la zona, cobran extra a lo que pagamos y te dan sofá cama, cobran un depósito que aunque te lo devuelven pero se supone que ya está pagado el hospedaje, chapas de la puerta no sirven, pésimo hotel
