โMy husband and I had a delightful stay at this charming bed and breakfast on Saturday night. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped . Perfectly located to explore tenterden on foot. In the morning, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast served in a quaint little courtyard besides the beautiful Japanese garden which added to the serene ambiance . The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this lovely B&B for anyone seeking a...
โFriendly welcoming staff. Lovely views over golf course. Very good costing of room and breakfast included. Staff very helpful as requested earlier check in as had a wedding to attend at nearby venue. Supporting us with our request enabled us to stay at the wedding venue without the need to return for check in part way through the wedding celebrations. โ
โVery clean and cozy place but if you donโt have a car or a friend who could give you a ride itโs better to use a hotel in the central village. If you drive this is the hotel. Its swimming pool is very nice as well as its garden. โ
โThe room was excellent with absolutely everything needed for comfortable stay.
Friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast.
Would definitely recommend .โ
โA very central location and spacious clean room. Staff attentive. Only issue was bathroom mirror light was not working, but did not affect our stay.โ
โOur room was Yew and Eye, one of the newly built cabins in the garden of this historic inn with a twist. The design is like nothing weโve ever seen before with surprises every way you look. The room itself has human eyeballs as a decorative theme which was fascinating and amusing. The standard double bed was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of useful storage and good ventilation. A huge marvellous and stylish shower. Gardens, bars, reception and restaurants are all full of delights and...
โEverything about our stay could not be faulted. Friendly reception on arrival. Told all we needed to know straight away and made to feel very welcome. Separate restaurants as we had our dogs with us and we were the only ones in ours but still were treated very attentively. Good varied menu with several specials on offer. Prices are reasonable and on par with others offering a similar service. Breakfast was a limited offering but still very good.
The character of the hotel is everything. It is...
โFlawless. We loved our stay at The Ship Inn and I strongly recommend it for any stay in Rye. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of town. The pub is beautiful and historic and the room itself modern and faultlessly clean. Some little details I really appreciated: tea and coffee and kettle in the room (with oat milk sachets!), a deep bath, tv, desk fan and a very comfy, spacious bed. 10/10โ
โIt was well organised. Staff friendly delux room was nice and clean. Would have been helpful to have a hook or two in the barhroom as nowhere to hang your clothes but thats the only thing.โ
โSituated within picturesque scenery which instantly relaxes the visitor. The parking area was substantial with spaces very close to the accommodation. I had a lovely ground floor room with air conditioning which was required on such a warm, humid day. I took full advantage of the gym set up they had on site which provided enough equipment to take care of my cardio and weights needs. I explored nearby Maidstone for dining options after refreshing myself under a very powerful shower. A very good...
โLovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom. The staff were so very friendly and efficient. Really exceptional breakfast. Great great great. We will be returning for sure.โ
