“beautiful property! perfect when you want some quite and peaceful time”

“처음에는 방이 너무 좋다고 생각했는데 청소후 비워주지않은 쓰레기통과 찻잔을 보고 실망했고 단체숙박객이 다 비워버린 조식메뉴를 한시간넘게 다시채워주지 않아서 다시 실망했다. 또 저녁 7시에 정원복판에서 크게 파티를 열며 일반손님에게는 야외디너도 안된다고 하더니 밤 11시넘게 매우 소란스럽게 파티하게 하고 양해를 한마디도 구하지않았다. 체크아웃시에도 사과가 없었다. 식당에 홍보영상을보니 주말엔 결혼식, 평일엔 기업워크샵 등 단체행사가 많은 리조트인듯했다. 조용한 가족휴식을 원한다면 추천하지 않는다. 참 정원과 뒷산에 원숭이가 정말많다.”

“We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly.”

“At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . “We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. It's as if we can still cancel on the spot, how are we able to make a different booking if it was that late. I hope readers could know how...

“Accommodating staff”

“The owners are what made my stay to be fabulous. Easy to talk to, and helpful in arranufpr tours etc. they are very chill. The food is mostly home cooked meal and even though the food is mostly western you can also get Filipino food (if she has the ingredients then she will make it). It is a very quiet and restful place because it is not right in town, which is actually not that far away (it was my daily walk tbh). I highly recommend staying at this place.”

“The hotel is brand new. Some areas are still under construction but the lobby was spotless. We got the most basic room, but it was so well-designed and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is excellent, just across the Harborpoint mall, and with a lot of local restaurants within walking distance. Overall, excellent value for money. Will definitely go back on our next Subic trip!”

“숙소앞에 바로 해변도 있고 루프탑 수영장도 좋았음. 뷔페조식을 기대했는데 없고 레스토랑에서 음식을 주문해야함. 400페소이상으로 싸지도 않았음. 그거 빼곤 다 좋음.”

“Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again”
