"It was an amazing hotel, very clean and well air conditioned. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room looked even better than the photos and we had a lovely view of the sea! Overall a really nice stay and I recommend it!"

"We had an excellent stay. I discovered this hotel almost by chance through an Expedia recommendation. Visiting Fuerteventura wasn't originally part of my plans, and I knew nothing about this hotel. After reading about it, I decided to book it, and I do not regret my choice at all. The hotel is quiet, clean, and very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated having the choice between relaxing at the spa, with its indoor pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna, enjoying the outdoor pool, or spending time on the beautiful beach. The all-inclusive package was excellent. The bar offered a great variety of drinks throughout the day. Lunch was good, although the à la carte menu became a little repetitive during our stay, while the salad buffet was always fresh and enjoyable. The dinner buffet offered a wide selection of dishes every evening, so everyone could easily find something they liked. We had a small issue with housekeeping, but it was resolved after a few requests and did not affect our overall experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel left a bottle of wine in our room. Although I do not drink wine, we truly appreciated the kind gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay."

"Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. Needless to say they were extremely helpful and did their best to understand me and my requests, so this is a minor (more of an experience thing than a functional thing). The next negative was with room cleanliness- now dont get me wrong they are spotless to the naked eye! But I did find a couple of light-ish wood louse looking creatures, once crawling up the bed and another time on arrival inside the cupboard. The housekeeping staff were awesome though, and did a fantastic job at cleaning the room each time they attended. So for this reason I only deducted one star for cleanliness. At least there weren’t any bed bugs. Facilities I gave a three because for starters, the gym is tiny- very difficult to get a workout in there when it was busy. I was expecting it to be small but some minor tweaks could certainly helped, e.g. making the mirror above the dumbells stretch the width of the wall so both benches can see their reflection. Secondly, some form of paid room service would’ve been nice for lunch."

"This hotel was so much bigger and better than I expected. What we paid did not reflect how amazing this holiday was. Absolute bargain. The spa is great and all the staff are so lovely. The kind man at reception who helped us when my friend hurt her ankle and arranged transport for us ❤️ the food was fabulous and was different everyday. Something for everyone. Couldn’t be happier with our holiday!"

"Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben den dritten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht. Wunderschöne Lage und kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Lange Strandspaziergänge in beide Richtungen möglich. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Büffets und AI-Getränkekarte. Als Highligt eine 24-Stunden-Kaffee- und Snackbar im Lobbybereich. Saubere, sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer (Safe, Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher). Die einzigen kleinen Nachteile, die uns aufgefallen sind: Die Zimmer sind trotz Klimatisierung nach unserem Geschmack etwas warm und das Fitness-Studio ist für die Größe des Hotels etwas klein. Läufer / Jogger können aber direkt vor dem Hotel auf der Promenade nach Morro Jable loslaufen. Für uns als Nichtraucher wäre es auch schön, wenn auf den Balkonen Rauchverbot wäre, denn ein Kettenraucher im Nebenzimmer kann einem den Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon schon verderben. Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen."

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Pool area was good with plenty of sun beds for the amount of guests. Due to the token system I recommend taking a bottle so that you can use it for water/soft drinks as if you want a hot drink at the same time you can’t have another cup. Food was good, breakfast was the best meal of the day for me. Also the sports bar doesn’t open until 7pm, if you want to watch something before then the staff will put it on but you have to watch on the tv outside. "
