“Pool was green and very salty, breakfast ran out of coffee in the dining room and main area with no replacement, had to call from the front desk for someone to check us in, parking lot was too small and we were sent down the road to find “whatever we could find”. Elevator shuddered at every floor stop, very unsettling.”

“This place has the worst bed bug infestation I’ve ever seen in my life and I used to live in NYC. The staff had clearly been told this before and didn’t care. They refused to refund me even though I only spent an hour there and offered to give me a gift certificate for another stay, but I will never set foot in there again and would recommend you avoid it at all costs. The staff are well aware of the infestation and DO NOT CARE that it will spread to anyone who stays there. DO NOT STAY HERE.”

“Clean rooms!!”

“The towels were thin and not suitable for adult use. Our room smelt musty and the floor was sticky. I don’t believe the sheets were changed from previous use. Usually I don’t leave any reviews. I was disappointed that this was a corporate owned property that was not up to my minimum standards.”

“Overall, the stay was fine; the only downside was that we stayed for four nights, yet no one ever came to tidy the room, change the towels, or replenish the amenities. There aren't many dining options in the area, and the few that do exist close early.”

“They seemed very understaffed. Shortly after we checked in, another couple came to the desk from down the hall stating that their room was not made up yet (they were checking in) and I heard the front desk clerk tell them that the hotel was full the night before and they only had three housekeepers and they were overwhelmed. In our room, the desk chair (vinyl) had a stain/substance on it. I notified the desk and they sent someone up to clean it but it wouldn’t all come off. The cleaner...

“Beds were comfortable. Could be a little cleaner but overall was good place to stay.”
