Minha hospedagem no Thermas durante o "Pingo da Mei Dia" foi extremamente decepcionante. Enfrentamos sucessivas faltas de água nos quartos e o disjuntor caiu simplesmente por ligarmos um secador de cabelo, mostrando uma infraestrutura bem deficiente. Para piorar, fomos cobrados em R$ 100,00 apenas para levar um pequeno bolo de aniversário para cantar parabéns para um colega na área da piscina. Um tremendo absurdo e total falta de bom senso. Estou totalmente insatisfeito e não recomendo.

Logo de início a experiência não foi agradável: um casal tentou entrar no mesmo quarto em que estávamos por um erro da recepção. Deram o mesmo número do quarto a eles. Provavelmente não houve o registro correto do meu quarto quando fiz o check-in. A sorte foi que a porta não abriu. Uma luz do quarto estava queimada e pedimos para trocarem, o que foi atendido 3 horas depois. O banheiro precisa urgentemente de manutenção, assim como outras partes do hotel. Sobe um odor bem forte após a descarga, deixando o banheiro sempre com mal cheiro. O cheiro de mofo no quarto me deixou com uma crise alérgica fortíssima. Precisei sair às 00:40 para comprar antialérgico. Respeito demais a história do Thermas e tenho grande carinho por ele, mas infelizmente não voltarei. Não tem como passar tantos anos e não fazerem manutenção.

A estrutura do hotel e do parque aquático está bem mal cuidada e envelhecida. O atendimento, de forma geral, deixa muito a desejar, com exceção dos garçons da piscina, que prestam um excelente serviço. Um resort utilizar copos descartáveis no café da manhã causou uma péssima impressão, além da pouca variedade oferecida. No geral, o hotel deixa muito a desejar e ainda tem muito o que melhorar.
