Free parking which was very nice. The hotel was nice and the staff during the day was very kind and smiling but we cannot say the same about the night staff which was rude and not so welcoming. We did not have wifi throughout our stay even though we have got some vouchers, that should work.

It's a good hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good for this price range. The location is good, relatively close to Mostar bridge and train station. Internet is reliable. There is a coach station downstairs, which is very convenient. No cups or kettle in the room, but you can get cups and hot wate from downstairs. It's a bit disappointing that the hotel advertises a gym, but you have to pay for this separately (at a discount).

Overall Really great - though, noise problem + bed

Was overall really great, really amazing service and staff! However, there two things that could be improved: 1. It was really easy to hear everything in the hall outside the room and there were also a lot of people making noise in the middle of the night, several times. So maybe install better sound isolation in doors if possible, and maybe clearer instructions to visitors to keep the noise levels down in the night. 2. The beds could be a little softer. I usually sleep on quite hard bed but this was almost like laying on the floor, hehe. Other than that it was really super great. Thanks again for the excellent service.
