Fantastisch hotel (I.t.t. andere reviews over dit hotel!). Sinds 8 maanden open, modern gebouwd. Eigenaars (familie) hebben Nederlandse achtergrond en zijn zeer behulpzaam. Mochten EV-laden aan de overkant in hun eigen garage. Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor allerlei Nikes in Durmitor National Park (ingang 7 min rijden vanaf hotel). ABSOLUTE AANRADER!!

Disliked: Staff & service
Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. The hotel failed to clearly disclose that the property does not have air conditioning, despite high outside temperatures. This is critical information that should be communicated upfront, especially during the summer months. The only way to get any ventilation was to leave the door open at night. To make matters worse, there were no fans provided in the room. Leaving the door open created an entirely new set of problems. A bright exterior light shined directly into the room throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. On top of that, multiple neighborhood dogs barked nonstop for hours. Between the heat, the light, and the constant noise, we did not get a single wink of sleep. The most frustrating part came the next morning. After explaining the situation, the hotel manager acknowledged our concerns, apologized, and agreed to refund the remaining two nights of our stay so we could make other arrangements. However, after returning home, I was informed by Orbitz that the hotel had denied the refund request. Not only was the lack of air conditioning inadequately disclosed, but the hotel's failure to honor what was promised by management was extremely disappointing. The entire experience felt misleading and disingenuous.
