"Received an email 3 days before arrival that the property was being renovated and the pool was not available, nor the standard breakfast. Would have looked for another place, except cancellation policy was a refund only if cancelled 5 days before arrival. I mentioned that at check-in, and was told that since I booked through a third party, they were responsible for notifying us. But the email came from reservations at the Hampton."

"This hotel was an overnight stop for us. We were three adults traveling with an infant, so we booked a 2 queen suite. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good. We attempted to book the room for a stop on our way home, but it was sold out."

"The Hotel is in "decent" shape, was clean and ALL of the staff were so nice and sweet and very tentative to our needs. The maintenance of the rooms can stand a good once over. The curtain rods were loose, caulking was not proper for the areas that needs caulk. IT was mismatched with white and clear and that itself makes it look very unprofessionally maintained. Patches on the walls werent completed properly. and NO towel racks in the bathrooms? With all of this being said, I would still...
