The room we chose was the last one left, which turned out to be the smallest but still quite a large room with King bed. An open bathroom to the bedroom area was not ideal. The accommodation was upstairs, so away from the noise and bustle of the gaming room, etc.
Cassandra was a pleasure to deal with and was helpful on every occasion, particularly when we short-supplied on bath towels.
The TV was not able to display HD channels, something i thought odd for a hotel in 2019.
Breakfast was included in the upstairs guest kitchen but after seeing food hygiene and lack of cleanliness of the hotel downstairs, we opted to avoid the bacon and eggs in the fridge. some of the milk in the fridge was a few days past used by, further adding doubt as to whether any staff had restocked the fridge in a few days.
There is no lift on the premises, so you have to haul any luggage up a flight of stairs, not ideal for a 20kg luggage case.
