"The room was cold, the balcony door didn't close properly and the wind blew in the room all night. The hotel didn't answer any questions, it turned out that the restaurant wasn't working and we had to look for dinner in the dark in an unknown place."

"Front office staff was unattentive. Not welcoming and arrogant attitude from the start of stay until we leave. They simply didn't care about guest satisfaction.
The breakfast buffet was not up to standards, the breakfast room was untidy with a mop and big water bottle left on the side. Overall the stay was overpriced according to the service standards and negative attitude from staff."

"It is a very nice hotel, beautifully designed, newly built, with solid construction and very nice decor. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.The restaurant is very cozy and they serve great pizza and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing negative about our two night stay here."
